NCF800

NCF800 is a high-performance nickel-based alloy, also known as Incoloy 800 or N08800. High-temperature oxidation resistance: A dense oxide film forms in high-temperature environments (such as below 1000°C), effectively resisting oxidation and carburization.

NCF750

The alloy is a corrosion-resistant, oxidation-resistant, and high-strength precipitation-hardening alloy. It is mainly a nickel-based superalloy that is age-hardened by the γ'' phase. Its operating temperature is below 800℃. The alloy exhibits good corrosion and oxidation resistance below 980℃, high strength below 800℃, good creep resistance below 700℃, and good stress-rupture resistance below 540℃. It also possesses good formability and weldability. In the solution-treated state, the alloy has a pure austenitic structure.
