Chemical Composition

Carbon C≤0.10, Silicon Si≤1.0, Manganese Mn≤1.50, Chromium Cr 19~23, Nickel Ni 30.0~35.0, Aluminum Al 0.15~0.6, Titanium Ti 0.15~0.6, Copper Cu≤0.75, Phosphorus P≤0.030, Sulfur S≤0.015, Iron Fe balance.

Physical Properties

Density: 8.0g/cm³, Melting point: 1350~1400℃, Specific heat capacity: 500J/kg・K, Resistivity: 0.93, Elastic modulus: 200MPa.

Mechanical Properties

Yield strength: 30 - 60ksi (approximately 207 - 414MPa), Tensile strength: 75 - 100ksi (approximately 517 - 690MPa).

Performance Characteristics

Corrosion resistance: It has good resistance to stress corrosion cracking, stress corrosion cracking in aqueous chlorides, corrosion resistance to steam, air and carbon dioxide mixtures, and good corrosion resistance to HNO₃, HCOOH and other organic acids. However, long-term aging at 650℃ may significantly reduce the alloy's stress corrosion sensitivity, and it can only withstand low concentrations of sulfur and HCl corrosion.
High-temperature performance: It has good high-temperature creep and oxidation resistance, maintains a stable microstructure at high temperatures, and can be used below 1000℃.
Process performance: Good microstructure stability, good processing and welding performance, easy to form using both cold and hot processing.

Application Fields

Widely used in the petrochemical and power industries. Commonly used to manufacture various pipelines, heat exchangers, liquid distillers, etc., for heat treatment furnaces, and can also be used in pressure water reactor evaporators, high-temperature gas-cooled reactors, sodium-cooled fast reactors, heat exchangers, and superheated steam pipes.
