Process Properties
Hot Working Properties: Easily formed at forging temperatures between 1220~950℃. Heating temperature for ingot forging is 1200℃, and the final forging temperature is ≥950℃.
Cold Working Properties: Cold drawing and cold rolling can be performed, but the processing difficulty is relatively high, and appropriate process measures, such as intermediate annealing, are needed to eliminate work hardening.
Welding Properties: Good weldability, various welding methods such as TIG welding and electron beam welding can be used.

Product Specifications: The thickness of sheets and strips is generally between 0.2mm and 10.0mm; the diameter of bars can be customized according to needs, the common diameter range is 5.0mm-200.0mm; the outer diameter of tubes is generally less than 5.0mm, and the wall thickness is less than 0.5mm; the diameter of welding wire is generally between 0.2mm and 1.5mm.

Aerospace: Used to manufacture rings, structural parts, bolts, etc., operating below 800℃ in aero-engines, and flat wave springs, circumferential helical springs, helical compression springs, spring clips, and sealing rings, etc., operating below 540℃.
Energy: Such as nuclear reactor components in nuclear power generation, and high-temperature components in gas turbine power generation, such as turbine blades and combustion chambers.
Petrochemical: Used to manufacture corrosion-resistant pipelines, valves, pump bodies, and other equipment, capable of withstanding corrosion from acidic, alkaline, and saline media.
