Characteristics

Organizational Stability: In long-term use, the precipitation tendency of brittle phases such as G phase and σ phase is reduced, and the organization is stable.
Good oxidation resistance: In high-temperature environments, a dense oxide film can be formed on the surface, effectively preventing further oxygen erosion and extending the service life of the material.
Low coefficient of thermal expansion: Good dimensional stability at high temperatures, reducing thermal stress caused by temperature changes, which helps to ensure the accuracy and reliability of components.
Easy to weld and form: It has good weldability and can be connected with high quality through various welding methods, which is convenient for the manufacturing and repair of complex structures.
Processing and Surface Treatment
Hot Rolling: After hot rolling to the specified thickness, annealing is performed to remove scale. The surface is rough and dull, usually used for industrial purposes, heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and does not require high surface smoothness.
Cold Rolling: Includes 2D surface, 2B surface, BA surface and other processing methods. 2D surface is heat-treated and pickled after cold rolling, with a uniform, matte surface, suitable for deep drawing fasteners; 2B surface, based on 2D surface, uses a polishing rod to slightly flatten the heat-treated and dephosphorized steel, which is smoother and straighter than 2D surface, and is the most commonly used surface treatment; BA surface is brightly annealed in a controlled atmosphere furnace after cold rolling, with a smooth and bright reflective surface.
Other treatments: such as TR surface cold work hardening treatment, which can greatly improve the strength level; HL surface (brushed surface, hairline surface) is obtained through cold rolling, pickling, flattening, and grinding, making the surface a continuous grain.
