Chemical Composition

Carbon (C) ≤0.10%, Silicon (Si) ≤1.00%, Manganese (Mn) ≤1.50%, Phosphorus (P) ≤0.03%, Sulfur (S) ≤0.02%, Chromium (Cr) 19.0 - 23.0%, Nickel (Ni) 30.0 - 35.0%, Aluminum (Al) + Titanium (Ti) 0.15 - 0.60%, Copper (Cu) ≤0.75%, Iron (Fe) balance.

Physical Properties

Density is approximately 8.00g/cm³, melting point is 1357 - 1375℃.

Mechanical Properties

In the solution annealed state, tensile strength is approximately 600MPa, yield strength is approximately 275MPa, and elongation is around 45%.

Performance Characteristics

High Temperature Resistance
It has good high-temperature oxidation resistance, maintains a stable microstructure at high temperatures, and has excellent creep and rupture resistance, allowing for long-term use at higher temperatures.

Corrosion Resistance
It exhibits excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking in chlorides, low-concentration NaOH aqueous solutions, and high-temperature high-pressure water, and its corrosion resistance is superior to that of general austenitic stainless steel.

Processing Properties
The hot working temperature range is 1200℃ - 950℃, and the cooling method is water quenching or rapid air cooling. The cold work hardening rate is greater than that of austenitic stainless steel, and intermediate annealing is required for large amounts of cold working.

Execution Standards
Hot-rolled steel plates comply with ASTM B409 standard; bars comply with ASME SB - 408 standard; steel pipes comply with ASME SB - 407 and ASME SB - 564 standards.

Product Specifications and Supply Forms

Varieties include seamless pipes, steel plates, round steel bars, forgings, flanges, rings, welded pipes, steel strips, and wire rods. Seamless pipes are usually in solution annealed + acid pickled state, and the length can be customized; plates are in solution annealed, pickled, and edge-trimmed states, etc.

Application Fields

Widely used in chemical industry, nuclear generators, nitric acid coolers, acetic anhydride cracking tubes, heat exchange equipment, etc., and are also often used in high-temperature equipment components such as steam/hydrocarbon reforming and ethylene cracking tubes.
