Corrosion Resistance
Excellent corrosion resistance to various media such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and nitric acid.
Strong resistance to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking (SCC) and pitting corrosion.
Processing Properties
Wide hot working temperature range (1100-950°C), good cold working performance.
Can be formed by welding (such as TIG, MIG) and machining.
Stability: Stable microstructure at high temperatures for extended periods, not prone to precipitation of harmful phases.

Instructions for Use
Welding: It is recommended to use matching nickel-based welding materials (such as ERNiCr-3). Solution treatment is required after welding to eliminate stress.
Processing: Annealing is recommended after cold working to restore corrosion resistance.
Temperature Limit: The long-term operating temperature should not exceed 1100°C. Avoid staying in the 400-700°C range to prevent embrittlement.
Comparison with Other Alloys
Compared with Inconel 600: NCF800 has a lower cost and higher iron content, suitable for non-strongly reducing environments.
Compared with 316L stainless steel: Significantly improved high-temperature and corrosion resistance, especially in high-temperature sulfur-containing environments.
