Chemical Composition

Carbon C≤0.03, Silicon Si≤0.8, Manganese Mn≤1.2, Phosphorus P≤0.035, Sulfur S≤0.02, Chromium Cr: 24-26, Nickel Ni: 6.0-8.0, Molybdenum Mo: 3.0-3.5, Nitrogen N: 0.24-0.32, Copper Cu: 0.50.
Physical properties: Density is 8.03g/cm³, melting point is 1300-1390℃, non-magnetic.
Mechanical properties: Tensile strength σb≥795Mpa, Yield strength σ0.2≥550Mpa, Elongation δ≥15%, Hardness ≤310HB.

Performance Characteristics

It has good resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and uniform corrosion, strong resistance to stress corrosion cracking, and high mechanical strength, high thermal conductivity, and low thermal expansion coefficient.
Heat treatment method: Usually kept at 1000-1052℃ for 1-2 hours, then quickly air-cooled or water-cooled.
Variety and specifications: Plate thickness is 0.3-350mm, bar diameter is 3.0-500mm, wire diameter is 0.1-20mm, and there are various products such as pipes, flanges, and fittings.
