Production Process

Low-carbon or low-alloy structural steel strips are first coiled into pipe blanks at a certain helical angle. Double-sided submerged arc welding is used to weld them into spiral steel pipes, which are then galvanized. Galvanizing methods mainly include hot-dip galvanizing and cold galvanizing. Cold galvanizing, due to its low zinc coating and poor corrosion resistance, has gradually been discontinued. Hot-dip galvanizing involves pickling and derusting the steel pipe, cleaning it in an ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution, and then sending it into a hot-dip galvanizing tank, where the molten metal reacts with the iron matrix to produce an alloy layer, bonding the matrix and coating.

Easy Maintenance: It does not require frequent anti-corrosion maintenance, reducing labor and material costs. 
Good Abrasion Resistance: The galvanized layer has high hardness and is not easily damaged during transportation, effectively protecting the pipe body. 
Excellent Seismic Performance: The steel pipe has high strength and good seismic performance, allowing for stable use in earthquake-prone areas. 
Common Specifications: The pipe diameter range is wide, commonly including DN25, DN40, DN50, DN80, DN100, DN150, DN200, DN300, DN400, DN500, etc. The length is usually 6-12 meters, and the material is mostly Q235B, Q355B, etc.
