Chemical Composition

Carbon (C) content: 0.30%-0.50%, Silicon (Si): 0.30%-0.80%, Manganese (Mn): 17.0%-19.0%, Phosphorus (P) ≤0.05%, Sulfur (S) ≤0.05%, Chromium (Cr): 3.0%-4.0%, Nitrogen (N): 0.08%-0.12%.

Mechanical Properties

Tensile strength ≥530MPa, Yield strength ≥300MPa, Elongation δ5: 30%, Cold bending (180°d=2a) qualified, Permeability ≤1.05 high/Oe.

Performance Characteristics

Non-magnetic: Extremely low permeability, maintains weak magnetism in a magnetic field, effectively reducing the influence of magnetic fields on electronic and electrical equipment, suitable for occasions where magnetic field interference needs to be avoided. 
Good corrosion resistance: The addition of high manganese and chromium enables it to withstand most common corrosive media, such as acids, alkalis, and salts, allowing for long-term stable operation in harsh environments. 
High strength and wear resistance: It has high strength and hardness; the strength is even higher after heat treatment. Good wear resistance extends the service life of equipment and tools. 
Good processing performance: Easy to process and weld; it can be formed by various methods such as forging, quenching, and heat treatment, meeting the processing requirements of various complex shapes.
