Details description
Chemical Composition
Carbon (C) content is 0.04%~0.10%, Silicon (Si) ≤1.00%, Manganese (Mn) ≤2.00%, Phosphorus (P) ≤0.035%, Sulfur (S) ≤0.030%, Nickel (Ni) 9.00%~12.00%, Chromium (Cr) 17.00%~19.00%, Niobium (Nb) ≥10×C%.
Mechanical Properties
Tensile strength ≥515MPa at room temperature, yield strength ≥205MPa, elongation ≥35%. At 600℃ high temperature, the allowable stress remains above 100MPa. During long-term service at 550-700℃, the creep rupture strength is about 15% higher than 321H.
Performance Characteristics
Good corrosion resistance: The high content of chromium and nickel makes it perform well in various corrosive media, such as acid, alkali, and salt environments. The addition of niobium effectively improves the steel's resistance to intergranular corrosion.
Strong high-temperature stability: It has good oxidation resistance and creep resistance at high temperatures and can operate stably for a long time in environments up to 650℃ without performance degradation.
Excellent processing performance: It has good cold and hot processing performance and can be processed into various shapes by forging and rolling. It is also easy to weld and can be connected by various welding processes, and the weld quality is good.
Product Specifications
Common products include steel pipes, and the execution standards include ASTM A312, ASME SA312, etc. The outer diameter is usually 10mm~762mm, and the wall thickness is 1mm~100mm. It can also be processed into plates, bars, and other forms, and the specifications can be customized according to needs.
Application Fields
In the power industry, it is used for supercritical and ultra-supercritical power generation units' superheaters, reheaters, and other high-temperature components; in the petrochemical industry, it can be used as a pipeline for transporting high-temperature corrosive media, such as heating furnace outlet pipelines; in the nuclear power industry, it can be used as a structural material for key equipment such as reactor pressure vessels and steam generators. In addition, it is also used in food processing, aerospace, and other fields.
