Standards: ASTM B688, ASTM A240, ASTM B676, ASTM B675, ASTM B564, ASTM A312, etc.
Chemical Composition: Carbon C ≤0.03, Magnesium Mg ≤2.0, Phosphorus P ≤0.04, Sulfur S ≤0.03, Silicon Si ≤1.0, Nickel Ni 23.5-25.5, Chromium Cr 20.0-22.0, Molybdenum Mo 6.0-7.0, Nitrogen N 0.18-0.25, Copper Cu ≤0.75, Iron Fe balance.
Physical Properties: Density 8.24g/cm³, Melting point 1370-1398℃, Elastic modulus 290GPa, Thermal conductivity 90W/(m・℃), Hardness approximately 280HB, Coefficient of thermal expansion (20-100℃) 8.5×10⁻⁶/℃.
Mechanical Properties: Tensile strength σb ≥650Mpa, Yield strength σ0.2 ≥295Mpa, Elongation δ ≥35%.

Main Characteristics

Excellent corrosion resistance: High resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress crevice corrosion from chloride ions; excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking in sodium chloride solutions.
Good strength and toughness: Due to the nitrogen content, the tensile strength is higher than that of conventional austenitic stainless steel, while maintaining excellent toughness and impact strength.
Heat treatment: Usually heat-treated at 980-1150℃ for 1-2 hours, then rapidly air-cooled or water-cooled.
Variety and specifications: Including seamless pipes, steel plates, round steel bars, forgings, flanges, rings, welded pipes, steel strips, wires, and related welding materials.
Supply status: Plates are solution-treated, pickled, and edge-trimmed; forgings are annealed and polished; bars are supplied in forged and rolled condition, with polished or turned surfaces; strips are cold-rolled, solution-annealed, and deoxidized; wires are supplied in solution-treated, pickled, coiled or straight, and fine-ground condition; welded pipes are solution-treated, pickled, and RT% inspected; seamless pipes are solution-treated and pickled.

Commonly used in flue gas desulfurization spray towers, reverse osmosis seawater desalination equipment and pumps, chemical reactors and pipelines, condensers, heat exchangers and piping systems in contact with seawater or crude oil, crude oil fractionation towers and metal packing, offshore oil and gas extraction equipment, components in pulp bleaching systems, and nuclear power plant servo water piping systems, etc.
