Chemical Composition: Carbon C≤0.02, Silicon Si≤0.05, Manganese Mn 2.00-4.00, Nickel Ni 21.0-23.0, Phosphorus P≤0.03, Sulfur S≤0.005, Chromium Cr 23-25, Molybdenum Mo 7.0-8.0, Nitrogen N 0.45-0.55, Copper Cu 0.3-0.6.
Physical Properties: Density 8.24g/cm³, Melting Point 1320-1390℃, Non-magnetic.
Mechanical Properties: Tensile Strength ≥750Mpa, Yield Strength ≥430Mpa, Elongation ≥40%, Hardness 250HB.

Performance Characteristics

Strong Corrosion Resistance: High chromium, nickel, and molybdenum content combined with nitrogen element makes its corrosion resistance comparable to top-tier nickel-based alloys, especially suitable for seawater, acidic environments, and conditions with risks of crevice corrosion, pitting corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking.
High Strength: Higher nitrogen content results in significantly higher strength than traditional austenitic stainless steels such as 904L and 254SMO.
Good Toughness: Maintains good toughness and ductility at low and high temperatures.

Production Process

Usually uses AOD furnace refining + vacuum degassing (VD) melting, hot rolling temperature 1150-1200℃, final rolling temperature ≥900℃. Intermediate annealing (1050-1100℃ water quenching) is required during cold processing to avoid σ phase precipitation. Solution treatment temperature is 1120-1180℃×30min/25mm, followed by water quenching; welded parts require stress relief annealing at 550-600℃×2h.
Variety and Specifications: Mainly includes seamless pipes, steel plates, round steel, forgings, flanges, rings, welded pipes, steel strips, wires, and related welding materials.
Delivery Condition: Seamless pipes are solution treated + acid pickled, and can be customized to length; plates are solution treated, pickled, and edge trimmed; welded pipes are solution treated, acid pickled + RT% flaw detection; forgings are annealed + polished; bars are delivered in forged and rolled state, with polished or turned surface; strips are delivered after cold rolling, solution softening, and descaling; wires are delivered in solution treated, pickled, coiled or straight state, or solution treated, straight, finely polished state.

Application Fields

Widely used in petroleum refining, chemical equipment, flue gas desulfurization equipment in thermal power plants, seawater desalination, marine aquaculture, petroleum and natural gas industry equipment, offshore platforms, and bleaching equipment in the paper industry.
