Chemical Composition

Carbon C≤0.25%, Nickel Ni 63%~67%, Aluminum Al 2%~4%, Titanium Ti 0.25%~1.00%, Iron Fe≤2.0%, Manganese Mn≤1.5%, Silicon Si≤1.00%, Copper Cu balance, Sulfur S≤0.01%, Magnesium Mg 0.08%~0.12%.

Mechanical Properties

Tensile strength σb≥1100MPa, Yield strength σp0.2≥792MPa, Elongation σ5≥20%.

Performance Characteristics

Good corrosion resistance: It has corrosion resistance comparable to Monel 400, excellent corrosion resistance in hydrofluoric acid and fluorine media, and good corrosion resistance to hot concentrated alkaline solutions. It is also resistant to corrosion from seawater, atmosphere, and organic compounds. However, under age-hardening conditions, it has a significant tendency for stress corrosion cracking in certain environments.
High strength and hardness: By adding aluminum and titanium and undergoing precipitation hardening treatment, its yield strength is approximately three times that of Monel 400, and its tensile strength is twice as high.
Outstanding low-temperature performance: Tensile strength and yield strength increase as the temperature decreases, while ductility and toughness are almost unaffected. Even at extremely low temperatures, no ductile-to-brittle transition occurs.

Various specifications of seamless pipes, steel plates, round steel bars, forgings, flanges, rings, welded pipes, steel strips, wires, and matching welding materials can be produced.

Application Fields

Mainly used for pump shafts and centrifugal impellers, conveyor scrapers, oil and gas well drill rings, tough components, valve gaskets, etc. It can also be used to manufacture turbine blades and gas turbine blades operating at temperatures below 750℃ in aero-engines, as well as fasteners and springs on ships, pump and valve components on chemical equipment, and pulp scraper blades on papermaking equipment.
