Specific Introduction
Chemical Composition: The main components include nickel (Ni) ≥58.0%, chromium (Cr) 27.0 - 31.0%, iron (Fe) 7.0 - 11.0%, and also contain carbon (C) ≤0.05%, silicon (Si) ≤0.50%, manganese (Mn) ≤0.50%, sulfur (S) ≤0.015%, copper (Cu) ≤0.5%, etc.
Physical Properties: Density is approximately 8.19g/cm³, melting point is approximately 1350℃, coefficient of thermal expansion is 12.8×10⁻⁶/K (20 - 100℃), thermal conductivity is 11.5W/m・K (25℃).
Mechanical Properties: In the annealed state, tensile strength ≥590MPa, yield strength ≥240MPa.
Main Characteristics
Excellent Corrosion Resistance: It has good resistance to various corrosive media such as acids and alkalis, especially in high-temperature acidic and alkaline environments.
Good High-Temperature Performance: It can maintain good strength and toughness at high temperatures, and can form a strong oxide layer with good oxidation resistance.
Good Processability: Easy to weld, form and process, can meet different processing needs.
Heat Treatment Methods: Usually, solution treatment and aging treatment can be carried out to optimize the microstructure of the alloy and improve the overall performance.
