Steel pipes at sea
Marine steel pipes boast superior corrosion resistance, high-pressure resistance, and impact resistance. Specifically designed for harsh marine environments such as offshore oil and gas development, offshore wind power, and cross-sea bridges, they provide safe and reliable basic materials for deep-sea and nearshore projects, helping clients overcome multiple challenges including wave surges, salt spray, and microbial corrosion.

Core Product Advantages
Deep-Sea Corrosion Resistance
Using duplex stainless steel (2205/2507), nickel-based alloys (625/825), and carbon steel + 3PE/FBE anti-corrosion coating, it can withstand seawater, Cl⁻, H₂S, sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) corrosion. Salt spray test ≥2000 hours without rust, lifespan up to 30 years or more.
Ultra-High Strength and Pressure Resistance
Tensile strength 550-1200MPa, yield strength ≥415MPa. Optimized by cold rolling/hot rolling process, it can withstand deep-sea high pressure (≥30MPa) and dynamic wave loads, and fatigue resistance is improved by 50%.
Extreme Environment Resistance Design
Operating temperature -50℃ to 120℃, suitable for polar low temperatures, tropical high temperatures, and tidal dry-wet alternating environments; the outer wall wear-resistant coating resists ocean current scouring and ship anchor chain impact.
Lightweight and Modular Design
Thin-walled high-strength steel pipes (wall thickness 6-40mm) combined with flange pre-welding design, reducing installation complexity and transportation costs, suitable for modular engineering needs such as floating platforms and seabed manifolds.
Application Areas
Offshore oil and gas development: Subsea oil and gas pipelines, underwater christmas tree casing, platform pile foundation support pipes.
Offshore wind power: Wind turbine monopile foundations, jacket transition sections, submarine cable protective casings.
Cross-sea projects: Cross-sea bridge foundations, immersed tube tunnel structural pipes, port and wharf steel pipe piles.
Ocean renewable energy: Tidal energy generation device supports, seawater desalination water pipes, ocean thermal energy conversion pipelines.
National defense and scientific research: Deep-sea explorer shells, ship repair structural parts, ocean observation platform support pipes.
Technology and Quality Assurance
International Standard Certifications:
Complies with API 5L/5CT, DNV-OS-F101, ISO 3184 and other marine engineering standards, and has passed certification from DNV (Det Norske Veritas) and ABS (American Bureau of Shipping).
Strict Manufacturing Processes:
Seamless pipes use hot extrusion + cold rolling technology, welded pipes use JCOE forming + multi-wire submerged arc welding (SAWL), combined with fully automatic UT/RT flaw detection to ensure zero-defect delivery.
Corrosion Protection Enhancement Technology:
Cathodic protection compatible design, optional aluminum sacrificial anode or ICCP system; inner wall coated with epoxy resin (300μm) to prevent marine organism attachment.
Full Process Service:
Provides guidance on marine condition material selection, FEA stress simulation analysis, and on-site welding technical support to reduce engineering risks.
