Core Product Advantages
Superior Chemical Corrosion Resistance
Coal tar epoxy coating (CTE) combines the adhesion of epoxy resin with the impermeability of coal tar, withstanding strong acids (H₂SO₄, HCl), strong alkalis (NaOH), salt spray, organic solvents, and microbial erosion. Corrosion protection life ≥50 years (underground environment).
Excellent Mechanical Properties
High coating hardness (≥3H), good flexibility (180° bending without cracking), impact resistance ≥5J, resistant to construction backfilling, ground settlement, and mechanical wear.
Upgraded Environmental Protection and Safety
Uses a low-VOC environmentally friendly formula, complies with RoHS directives, is non-toxic and harmless, and is suitable for wastewater treatment and chemical media transportation.
Wide Temperature Range Adaptability
Operating temperature -30℃ to 120℃, resistant to wet heat alternation and freeze-thaw cycles, suitable for extremely cold, tropical, and marine climates.
Application Areas
Municipal Environmental Protection: Wastewater treatment plant pipelines, leachate collection pipes, industrial wastewater discharge pipes.
Chemical Industry: Acid and alkali storage tank liners, underground pipe networks in chemical parks, electroplating solution pipelines.
Marine Engineering: Seawater desalination systems, port and dock sewage pipes, submarine cable protective casings.
Energy Sector: Desulfurization slurry pipelines in coal-fired power plants, oilfield oil-containing wastewater injection pipelines.
Mining Engineering: Pulp pipelines, tailings pond anti-seepage and discharge pipes.
Technology and Quality Assurance
International Standard Processes:
Uses high-pressure airless spraying technology, coating thickness 300-1000μm, complies with ISO 21809, GB/T 23257 and other standards, supports single or double layer coating.
Strict Testing Procedures:
Spark testing (≥5kV no leakage points), adhesion test (≥10MPa grid method), cathodic disbondment (≤8mm, 28 days), ensuring coating integrity.
Customized Services:
Supports steel pipe pretreatment (sandblasting to Sa2.5 grade), simultaneous inner and outer wall coating, and flange and weld area enhanced corrosion protection design.
Fast Delivery Capability:
Covers Φ50mm-Φ3000mm diameter, wall thickness 4mm-30mm, relying on a fully automatic coating line, delivery cycle shortened by 15%.
