2PE/3PE anticorrosion coated steel pipe
2PE (double-layer) and 3PE (triple-layer) anticorrosion coated steel pipes offer superior corrosion resistance, mechanical damage resistance, and a long lifespan. They are specifically designed for harsh environments such as oil and gas transmission, urban pipelines, and chemical pipelines, providing comprehensive corrosion protection for both buried and overhead pipelines. This helps customers reduce maintenance costs and ensure safe transportation.

Core Product Advantages
Long-lasting Corrosion Protection
2PE Structure: Epoxy powder (FBE) inner layer + polyethylene (PE) outer layer, forming a dual chemical and physical barrier, resistant to acids, alkalis, salt spray and soil corrosion, lifespan ≥30 years.
3PE Structure: Epoxy powder (FBE) inner layer + adhesive intermediate layer + polyethylene (PE) outer layer, impact resistance increased by 50%, suitable for high-risk damage scenarios such as rocky sections and permafrost.
Resistance to Mechanical Damage
The PE layer has high hardness and good toughness (elongation at break ≥600%), and can withstand the impact of sharp objects during backfilling, ground settlement, and third-party damage.
Environmentally Friendly and Energy-Saving
Smooth inner wall (roughness ≤10μm), reduces fluid resistance, lowers pumping energy consumption; no heavy metal leaching, meets drinking water transportation standards (GB/T 23257).
Adaptable to Extreme Environments
Operating temperature -40℃ to 80℃, resistant to ultraviolet radiation (3PE contains UV-resistant additives), moisture and chemical media corrosion.
Application Areas
Energy Transportation: Long-distance oil and gas pipelines, shale gas gathering pipelines, urban gas networks.
Municipal Engineering: Water supply and distribution networks, heating pipelines, sewage pressure pipelines.
Chemical Industry: Acid and alkali media transportation pipes, industrial wastewater treatment pipelines.
Marine Engineering: Subsea oil and gas pipelines, anti-corrosion protective sheaths for oil transfer arms at docks.
Mining Engineering: Pulp transportation pipelines, tailings backfilling pipelines.
Technology and Quality Assurance
International Standard Process:
Uses electrostatic spraying (FBE) + extrusion coating (PE) process, coating thickness 2PE (1.8-3.7mm), 3PE (2.5-4.0mm), conforms to GB/T 23257, DIN 30670, SY/T 0413 and other standards.
Strict Quality Inspection:
Spark testing (≥25kV no leakage points), peel strength test (≥70N/cm), cathodic disbondment (≤8mm, 28 days), ensuring coating integrity.
Full Process Service:
Supports steel pipe pretreatment (sandblasting rust removal Sa2.5 grade), customized coating solutions (such as enhanced grade, extra enhanced grade) and on-site joint repair technical support.
Fast Delivery Capability:
Covers Φ48mm-Φ2020mm diameter, wall thickness 3mm-26mm, relying on intelligent coating lines, delivery cycle is shortened by 20% compared to the industry.
