Core Product Advantages
High-Efficiency Production of Large-Diameter Pipes
Utilizing submerged arc welding (SAWL), supporting the production of extra-large diameters from Φ219mm to Φ3500mm, with wall thicknesses ranging from 6mm to 25mm and single pipe lengths reaching 12-18 meters. This significantly reduces on-site welding, improving construction efficiency.
High Strength and Pressure Resistance
Using high-strength steel coils L245-L555, with tensile strength ≥415MPa, yield strength ≥245MPa, and spiral weld strength ≥90% of the base material. It can withstand high pressure (≤16MPa) and geological settlement impact.
Long-lasting Corrosion Protection
Optional 3PE/2PE anti-corrosion layer, epoxy coal tar coating, or galvanized treatment. Salt spray corrosion resistance ≥2000 hours, underground service life ≥30 years, suitable for high-corrosion environments such as oceans and swamps.
Flexible Adaptability to Needs
Supports straight seam reinforcement, flange pre-welding, and customized pipes of different diameters to meet the needs of special working conditions (such as extreme cold, high temperature) and non-standard engineering designs.
Application Scenarios——Oil Well Pipes
Oil and natural gas transportation: long-distance pipelines, gathering and transportation networks, high-pressure shale gas trunk lines.
Municipal infrastructure: main urban water supply/drainage pipelines, heating networks, integrated pipe corridors.
Water conservancy projects: large-scale water conveyance projects, river dredging pipelines, reservoir desilting pipes.
Structural support: bridge pile foundation pipes, wind turbine towers, port terminal protective piles.
Industrial fields: slurry pipelines, power plant chimney liners, chemical equipment structural frames.
Technology and Quality Assurance
International Standard Processes:
Complies with API 5L, GB/T 9711, SY/T 5037 and other standards. Welds undergo 100% ultrasonic testing (UT) and X-ray testing (RT) to ensure the absence of cracks and lack of fusion defects.
Strict Testing System:
Hydrostatic test (1.25 times the working pressure), Charpy impact test (-20℃ KV2≥40J), hardness test (HB≤250) to ensure safe operation throughout the entire life cycle.
Environmental Protection and Certification:
Anti-corrosion coating is ISO 21809 certified. The production process complies with green manufacturing standards and is suitable for projects in ecologically sensitive areas.
Full-Process Service:
Provides pipe material selection, stress analysis, anti-corrosion scheme design, and on-site welding technical support to reduce engineering risks.
Fast Delivery Capability:
10,000-ton steel coil inventory, relying on fully automatic forming units, the delivery cycle is shortened by 15% compared to the industry.
